Eine neue Dimension virtuellen Lernens zeigt Fraunhofer IAO auf der CEBIT 2005 vom 10. bis 16. März in Halle 6, Stand C29: Der Virtual Team Room (VITERO) ermöglicht zielorientierte Besprechungen, unabhängig von Ort und Zeit. Effizient schulen, ohne dass die Mitarbeiter aufgrund von Anreisezeiten ganze Tage ausfallen - dies ist mit dem neuen Release von VITERO, einer Software für Online Conferencing und Virtual Classroom, nun noch einfacher möglich.
Um VITERO zu entwickeln, hat ein interdisziplinäres Team anhand zahlreicher Tests das Benutzerverhalten in virtuellen Settings untersucht und dadurch die Software Schritt für Schritt optimiert. Das Ergebnis kann sich im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes "sehen" lassen. Auf der CeBIT haben Besucher nun die Gelegenheit, VITERO live zu erleben.
