Podiumsdiskussion
"Was ist los im Kosovo?"
Am 26. April 1999, von 14 - 17 Uhr findet an der Europa-Universität Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder), Flachbau, Logenstraße 2, Raum 16/17, die Podiumsdiskussion "Was ist los im Kosovo?" statt, organisiert von den Fellows des Centers for Advanced Central European Studies (CACES). Podiumsdiskussionspartner sind: Donika Gervala, Pressesprecherin der Liga Demokratisches Kosovo der Partei Ibrahim Rugovas, Dr. Stefan Troebst, Balkanexperte an der Universität Leipzig sowie Oberstleutnant Haase, Stellvertretender Kommodore des Aufklärungsgeschwaders 51. Interessenten sind zu einer informativen und lebhaften Diskussion eingeladen.
Die Fellows des CACES arbeiten seit einem Jahr an der Geschichte von ethnischen Säuberungen, Flucht und Vertreibung im Gedächtnis der europäischen Völker. Mit dem Kosovo-Krieg ist die Forschungsthematik aktuelle Realität. Auch am Ende des 20. Jahrhunderts werden noch Menschen aus ihrer Heimat vertrieben und ermordet.
