Die Fachrichtung 6.1. Mathematik der Universität des Saarlandes lädt ein zu einem Festkolloquium anlässlich des 70. Geburtstages von Universitätsprofessor Dr. Hans Schupp. Das Kolloquium findet statt am
24. Juni 2005 ab 15.30 Uhr
im Hörsaal I der Fachrichtung Mathematik,
Gebäude 27.2. auf dem Saarbrücker Universitätscampus.
Der Begrüßung durch den Dekan der Naturwissenschaftlich-Technischen Fakultät I - Mathematik und Informatik Prof. Dr. Jörg Eschmeier und der Laudatio folgen zwei Festvorträge. Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Kroll (Philipps-Universität Marburg) beleuchtet "Computeralgebrasysteme in der Klausur - Chancen und Probleme". Anschließend widmet sich Prof. Dr. Wilfried Herget (Martin Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg) "Wurzeln und Flügeln".
Prof. Dr. Hans Schupp hatte zunächst an der Pädagogischen Hochschule des Saarlandes und dann von 1978 bis 1999 an der Universität des Saarlandes den Lehrstuhl für Mathematik und Didaktik des Mathematikunterrichts inne und prägte maßgeblich die Entwicklung der "Gesellschaft für Didaktik der Mathematik".
