Kurzfristig sind noch Anmeldungen für das Aufbauseminar Mediation "Biografie, Konfliktprägung und Temperamente" am 19./2o. August möglich. Teilnehmen kann, wer bereits über Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in Konfliktbearbeitung und Mediation verfügt. Die Veranstaltung ist nach den Bildungsfreistellungsverordnungen in Brandenburg und Berlin anerkannt.
Schwerpunkt der Weiterbildung wird es sein, unterschiedliche Konfliktmuster und Konflikttemperamente zu erkennen und Möglichkeiten des konstruktiven Umgangs mit diesen Strukturen im Prozess der Konfliktbearbeitung zu erarbeiten.
