Im Rahmen des 50. Internationalen Wissenschaftlichen Kolloquiums und des 19. Internationalen Kolloquiums für Mikro- und Feinwerktechnik findet die diesjährige Verleihung des Alfred-Kuhlenkamp-Preises am Donnerstag, dem 22.9.2005 um 14.30 Uhr im Audimax des Humboldtbaus der TU Ilmenau statt.
Der Preis ist benannt nach dem Nestor der Feinwerktechnik, dem Braunschweiger Professor Alfred Kuhlenkamp, und wird für Innovationen in der Mikro- und Feinwerktechnik von der VDI/VDE-Gesellschaft für Mikroelektronik, Mikro- und Feinwerktechnik vergeben.

-Vorstellung der Preisträger
-Preisverleihung durch Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Stephanus Büttgenbach
