Wie in jedem Jahr, so hat auch in diesem Jahr die Deutsche Mathematiker Vereinigung wieder besonders erfolgreiche Diplomanden und Diplomandinnen ausgezeichnet. Zwei der Preise gingen nach Halle. Am Fachbereich Mathematik und Informatik wurden ausgezeichnet :
Frau Carola Schrage auf dem Gebiet der Mathematik fuer die Arbeit :
"Algebraische Trennungsaussagen"
und
Herr Martin Schultze auf dem Gebiet der Wirtschaftsmathematik fuer die Arbeit :
"Das freie Randwertproblem der Black - Scholes - Gleichung"
