Ausgewählte Probleme aus "Dem neuen polnischen Strafgesetzbuch (kodeks karny)" werden bei der bereits 5. Tagung im Rahmen des Projektes "Kriminalität im Grenzgebiet" diskutiert. Die gemeinsam von der Viadrina und Universität Poznan organisierte Tagung findet vom 12. - 14. November 1999 im Senatssaal der Europa-Universität Viadrina statt. Beginn der Veranstaltung ist am morgigen Freitag, 12.11.99 um 9.00 Uhr.
Polnische und deutsche Juristen werden bei der Tagung referieren und diskutieren. Von der Viadrina sind drei Strafrechtsprofessoren an der Tagung beteiligt: Prof. Dr. Jan C. Joerden, spricht über das Thema: "Das System der Rechte und Pflichten in Notsituationen", Prof. Dr. Dr. Uwe Scheffler referiert über "Die vorsätzlichen Tötungsdelikte (Art. 148 - 151 k.k.) und Prof. Dr. Gerhard Wolf spricht zum Thema "Straftaten gegen das Vermögen."
