Neuer Leiter des Lehrgebiets Allgemeine Politikwissenschaft im Fachbereich Erziehungs-, Sozial- und Geisteswissenschaften der FernUniversität Hagen ist Prof. Dr. Arthur Benz. Er erhielt jetzt von Rektor Prof. Dr.-Ing. Helmut Hoyer die Ernennungsurkunde. Zuvor war Arthur Benz seit Oktober 1995 Professor für Regierungslehre und Policyforschung an der Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg.
