Das Saarland präsentiert seine Kompetenz in Sachen Informationstechnologie auf der CeBIT 2000: Auch in diesem Jahr werden am Forschungsstand wieder Ideen, Entwicklungen und Lösungen aus dem ŽInformatikland Saarland` in Hannover vorgestellt. Mit von der Partie sind die Universität des Saarlandes, die Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft des Saarlandes (HTW), das Deutsche Forschungszentrum für Künstliche Intelligenz (DFKI) und Spin-Off-Unternehmen aus dem Starterzentrum der Saar-Uni.
Organisiert wird der Forschungsstand federführend von der Kontaktstelle für Wissens- und Technologietransfer (KWT) der Universität des Saarlandes.
