Eine koreanische Delegation der Seoul National University of Technology unter der Leitung von Prof. Jong-Ho Kim besuchte am 18. September den Mikro- und Nanocluster Dortmund. Für die Koreaner ist Dortmund eine Beispielregion für den erfolgreichen Aufbau von Mikro- und Nanotechnikunternehmen.
Neben Besuchen bei HL Planartechnik, Bartels Mikrotechnik und der MST.factory dortmund trafen die Koreaner auch Prof. Dr. Andreas Neyer vom Arbeitsgebiet Mikrostrukturtechnik der Universität Dortmund. "In Korea wird aktuell viel investiert. Wir möchten, dass unsere Mitglieder davon profitieren", sagt Dr. Uwe Kleinkes. Der Geschäftsführer des IVAM Fachverbandes für Mikrotechnik brachte die Delegation quasi von seiner letzten Korea-Reise mit. Mit Aktivitäten wie dem koreanisch-deutschen Business-Workshop im Rahmen der Messe NanoKorea Ende August vernetzt IVAM als internationaler Verband Unternehmen aus der Mikro- und Nanotechnologiebranche.
