Am 18. Januar wird Prof. Dr. Falk Schirrmeister in einer Feierstunde in den Ruhestand verabschiedet.
Die Veranstaltung, zu der wir Sie sehr herzlich einladen, findet um 17.00 Uhr im Hörsaal 3 statt.
Prof. Falk Schirrmeister lehrt auf dem Gebiet der Physikalischen Werkstoffdiagnostik und war bis zur Gründung des Fachbereichs SciTec im März 2005 Dekan des Fachbereichs Werkstofftechnik der Fachhochschule Jena.
Der charismatische Naturwissenschaftler ist in den Gebieten der Werkstoffphysik ebenso zu Hause wie in der Mathematik oder Philosophie. Seine Studenten müssen nach dem 18.1 noch nicht auf ihren Prof. verzichten: Prof. Schirrmeister wird der FH Jena und dem Fachbereich SciTec weiterhin zur Verfügung stehen.
