Öffentliche Ringvorlesung:
Industriearbeit zwischen Entfremdung und Entfaltung
Göttinger Soziologe analysiert die Entwicklung der Industriearbeit
Der Präsident des Göttinger Soziologischen Forschungsinstituts (SOFI), Professor Michael Schumann, referiert im Rahmen der öffentlichen Ringvorlesung "Arbeit im epochalen Umbruch" am Dienstag, den 9. 5. 2000 über die Entwicklung der Industriearbeit unter dem Titel "Industriearbeit zwischen Entfremdung und Entfaltung". Stattfinden wird dieser Vortrag wie gewöhnlich um 18.15 Uhr in der Aula am Wilhelmsplatz 1.
In seinem Vortrag will Schumann verdeutlichen, dass unter den gegenwärtigen Produktionsbedingungen tatsächlich Chancen für den Industriearbeiter bestehen, sich in seiner Arbeit individuell zu entfalten. Dieser Perspektive wird der Industriesoziologe neuentstandene Gefahren der Überforderung und Selbstausbeutung gegenüberstellen.
