Cofresco Institute eröffnet Diskussionsrunde in Bonn
Welche Risiken gibt es bei Haushaltsverpackungen und wie kann der Verbraucher mit diesen umgehen, beziehungsweise sie vermeiden? Das Cofresco Institute und seine Kooperationspartner - die Cold-Chain-Management-Arbeitsgruppe sowie der Universitätsclub Bonn - laden zu einer Diskussionsrunde zu folgendem Thema ein:
"How can packaging help consumers to handle food in a safer and healthier
way at home?"
Die Veranstaltung findet am 9. Oktober 2007 ab 14 Uhr im Universitätsclub Bonn statt.
Themen sind:
? The risks of home food packaging and storage and the impact of environmental factors
? The consumers role in the food chain - handling of perishable foods in household storage
? How can packaging research and packaging help avoiding these risks
? How do current food trends influence consumers' expectations of modern food packaging?
Referenten sind u.a. Friederun Köhnen, Vorstandsvorsitzende der Food Professionals, Dr. Judith Kreyenschmidt von der Cold-Chain-Management-Arbeitsgruppe aus Bonn sowie Prof. Dr. Rainer Stamminger, Professor für Haushalts-und Verfahrenstechnik am Institut für Landtechnik der Universität Bonn. Im Anschluss an die Vorträge haben die Teilnehmer die Gelegenheit in angenehmer Atmosphäre, bei Drinks und Fingerfood, zu diskutieren.
