Ein gemeinsames wissenschaftliches Symposium der Universität Trier und der Theologischen Fakultät Trier findet am Freitag, 8. Februar 2008, um 18 Uhr c.t., im Hörsaal 1 (Gebäude A/B) der Universität statt. Prof. Dr. Georg Müller-Fürstenberger (Fachbereich IV, Volkswirtschaftslehre) wird über das Thema "Globale Klimapolitik: Ethischer Anspruch und ökonomische Rationalität" sprechen. Im Anschluss an den Vortrag mit Diskussion ist im Weingut Fritz von Nell bei einem Imbiss Gelegenheit zu weiteren Gesprächen gegeben.
