Für die Fortbildung der Lehrer in Informatik werde nicht genügend getan - diese Klage ist in jüngster Zeit immer wieder zu hören oder zu lesen. Aus diesem Grund haben sich der Lehrstuhl für Didaktik der Mathematik und das Institut für Informatik der Universität Würzburg zusammengetan und bieten eine ganztägige Fortbildung an.
Die Veranstaltung findet an der Universität erstmalig statt, und zwar am Donnerstag, 12. Oktober, ab 8.45 Uhr im Zuse-Hörsaal des Informatikgebäudes am Hubland. Die Organisatoren haben alle Gymnasien, Realschulen und Hauptschulen in Unterfranken eingeladen und rechnen mit rund 100 Teilnehmern.
Behandelt werden folgende Themen: Internetgestützte Veranstaltungen in der Lehrerausbildung (Prof. Dr. Hans-Georg Weigand), Internet - technischer Hintergrund und Weiterentwicklung (Prof. Dr. Phuoc Tran-Gia, Stefan Köhler), Künstliche Intelligenz (Prof. Dr. Frank Puppe), Informatik - Theorie oder Praxis? (Prof. Dr. Klaus Werner Wagner, Dr. Heribert Vollmer), Software-Engineering: 30 Jahre Softwarekrise? (Prof. Dr. Jürgen Wolff von Gudenberg), Hardware-Entwurf: ein Software-Problem? (Prof. Dr. Reiner Kolla). Die Fortbildung endet mit einer Abschlussdiskussion.
