The SMErobot Toolbox offers various self-explanatory training modules and checklists for developing and implementing new SMErobot technology (robot systems as multifunctional tools for small and medium-sized companies). It is aimed at researchers, robot manufacturers, system integrators, SME end-users (SME= small and medium-sized enterprise) and students. In order to achieve the greatest benefit in developing and implementing new robot technologies for SMEs, it is necessary for different target groups to cooperate from the outset. Thus, the SMErobot Toolbox provides web-based training modules, such as 'Technology analysis and evaluation through user participation', to support developers and end-users in designing and introducing new technologies. To diffuse and improve knowledge about SMErobot, both the management and workers of SMEs have to be prepared for the implementation of robots. 'Creating suitable work systems with SMErobot applications' is one of Prospektiv's guided training modules which help SMEs to implement the new technology in their work systems. The e-learning module 'Basics of Robot Technology' informs and sensitizes students and trainees, who will be the future developers and future customers of innovative SMErobot technologies.
