264/97 30.10.1997 Neuer Dekan an der Uni Potsdam
Die Mitglieder des Fakultätsrates der Juristischen Fakultät der Universität Potsdam wählten Prof. Dr. Rolf Steding zu ihrem neuen Dekan und Prof. Dr. Michael Nierhaus zum Prodekan. Steding, der in der Fakultät eine Professur für Bürgerliches Recht und Gesellschaftsrecht innehat, löst turnusgemäß Prof. Dr. Werner Merle ab. Nierhaus bekleidet eine Professur für Staatsrecht, Allgemeines Verwaltungsrecht und Kommunalrecht. Die Amtszeit beider begann am 1. Oktober 1997.
