Weltweit widmen sich die Astroteilchenphysiker dem Versuch, dunkle Materie nachzuweisen.
Vom 16. bis 20. Februar 2009 treffen sie sich in der Dreikönigskirche in Dresden, um ihre aktuellsten Erkenntnisse vorzustellen. Tagungsleiter ist Professor Kai Zuber von der TU Dresden.
Im Rahmen der internationalen Tagung gibt es auch einen öffentlichen Abendvortrag zum Thema "Dunkle Materie überall - Eine Suche nach bisher unbekannten Teilchen" von Proessur Josef Jochum aus Tübingen.
Der Vortrag findet am 17.2.2009, 19.00 Uhr, im Hörsaal 04, Hörsaalzentrum, Bergstraße 64, 01069 Dresden statt.
Der Eintritt ist frei.
