Während der Langen Nacht der Wissenschaft an der Universität des Saarlandes kommen auch Musik- und Kunstliebhaber auf ihre Kosten. Am Samstag, 20. Juni, 21 Uhr, treten Gerald Doecke und Miguel Diaz des Kölner Musikensembles Karmataxi in der Aula der Universität des Saarlandes auf.
Sie kombinieren in ihrem Projekt "Biotopia" wissenschaftliche Themen und Texte zu einer Show aus Kunst, Musik und Wissenschaft. Wissenschaftlicher Kopf des Projekts ist Professor Thomas Lengauer vom Saarbrücker Max-Planck-Institut für Informatik. Gemeinsam mit Björn Salz und Ron Katsir, die für die Video-Kunst zuständig sind, präsentieren sie die Evolution des Lebens, die Evolution des Menschen und die Evolution des HI-Virus.
Der Eintritt ist frei.
