Andreas Gadatsch, Professor im Fachbereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften der Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg, und Can Adam Albayrak, Professor im Fachbereich Automatisierung und Informatik der Hochschule Harz, stellen ihren Vortrag "Life Cycle Model for IT Performance Measurement. A Reference Model for Small and Medium Enterprises (SME)" auf der internationalen Fachkonferenz "The role of IS in leveraging the intelligence and creativity of SME's" in Portugal vor.
In dem Fachvortrag gehen Professor Dr. Andreas Gadatsch und Professor Dr. Can Adam Albayrakder Frage nach, wie das IT-Management und IT-Controlling insbesondere in kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen organisiert wird. Die Autoren haben hierzu zusammen mit Dr. Dirk Olufs, dem Chief Information Officer (CIO) der DHL Express Europe, ein sogenanntes Referenzmodell erarbeitet, das als Grundlage für unternehmensindividuelle Vorgehensweisen verwendet werden kann. Die Konferenz "The role of IS in leveraging the intelligence and creativity of SME's" findet in der kommenden Woche an der University of Minho in Guimarães in Portugal statt. Veranstalter ist die International Federation for Information Processing (IFIP).
