Aufgabe der TSB Technologiestiftung Berlin Gruppe ist der Ausbau des Technologie- und Innovationsstandorts Berlin in ausgewählten Technologiefeldern. Zur TSB Gruppe gehören die gemeinnützige TSB Technologiestiftung Berlin, die TSB Innovationsagentur Berlin GmbH und der Förderverein Technologiestiftung e. V.
Nach seiner Sitzung am 9. Juli 2009 gibt das Kuratorium der TSB Technologiestiftung, das in Personalunion auch als Aufsichtsrat der TSB Innovationsagentur fungiert, bekannt:
Mit Ende seiner Vertragslaufzeit wird Dr. Bruno Broich als hauptamtlicher Vorstand der TSB Technologiestiftung und als Geschäftsführer der TSB Innovationsagentur aus der TSB Gruppe ausscheiden.
Die Neubesetzung der Vorstandsposition in der TSB Technologiestiftung erfolgt umgehend.
Die TSB Innovationsagentur wird ab 1. Oktober 2009 von Dr. Adolf M. Kopp alleine vertreten. Er ist bereits seit 1. Juli 2008 als Geschäftsführer der TSB Innovationsagentur tätig.
Somit ist die Kontinuität der Arbeit der TSB Gruppe sichergestellt.
