"Mergers & Acquisitions" sind das Thema des III. HSBA-Symposiums am 2. September. Von 8.30 bis 16 Uhr diskutieren Wissenschaftler, Politiker und Firmenvertreter im Albert-Schäfer-Saal der Handelskammer Hamburg, wie Unternehmenszusammenschlüsse und -übernahmen verantwortungsvoll umgesetzt werden können.
Zu den Rednern gehören Dr. Michael Otto, Vorsitzender des Aufsichtsrats der Otto Group und Schirmherr der Veranstaltung, sowie Prof. Dr. Thomas Straubhaar (HWWI), Ortwin Runde (Erster Bürgermeister a.D. Hamburg), Dr. Adam Bolek (Rothschild), Stefan Schöniger (KPMG) und Dr. Peter Diesch (ehemals KarstadtQuelle AG).
Die Tagung wird von HSBA-Studenten organisiert und richtet sich an Studierende, Unternehmensvertreter und die Öffentlichkeit. Die Teilnahme ist kostenlos.
