Vallendar, 25. April 2001. Am 22. Mai 2001 findet an der Wissenschaftlichen Hochschule für Unternehmensführung (WHU) zum zweiten Mal das Vertriebsforum "VIP Campus" statt. Das Vertriebs-Informations-Panel (VIP) wurde vor drei Jahren von der CEO AG, von Praktikern der Industrie, Medienvertretern und von Prof. Dr. Manfred Krafft, Inhaber des Marketing-Lehrstuhls der WHU, gegründet. Der VIP Campus dient dem Erfahrungsaustausch aller Mitglieder des Panels und interessierten Vertriebs- und Marketingführungskräften.
Vertreter namhafter Unternehmen werden in konträrer Form ihre Vertriebskonzepte vorstellen und insbesondere diskutieren, inwieweit Vertriebswege der "old" und "new economy" zu synchronisieren sind. Weitere Themen sind die Steuerung des Vertriebs auf Basis von Kundenertragswerten und die Motivation des Außendienstes über finanzielle Anreize. Eine Schlüsselrolle spielt dabei die Preispolitik im Vertriebsmanagement.
