    Die UMC Potsdam (FH) lädt wieder zur nächsten Veranstaltung im Rahmen der Offenen Vorlesungsreihe "Management & Kommunikation" einladen.

    Thema: "Vom Schönwetterkapitän zum Krisenkommandanten - Perspektivenwechsel der internen Kommunikation"

    Anhand des Unternehmens AEG/Matra wird erläutert, welches Managementhandeln und welche Kommunikationsformen nützlich sind, wenn sich Unternehmenssituationen ändern.
