Ewerblicher Rechtsschutz ist sehr wichtig, um eigene Ideen bzw. Produkte zu schützen. Vor Beginn einer Produktentwicklung sollte immer geprüft werden, ob nicht Patente oder Marken anderer Anmelder verletzt werden. Diese Information findet man ist zeitsparend und damit auch kostengünstig in Datenbanken. STN International bietet eine Vielzahl von Datenbanken an, in denen Hinweise auf weltweite Patente und Marken enthalten sind.
Das Fortbildungsseminar gibt eine Einführung in:
* Recherchieren in Datenbanken (allgemein)
* Patent- und Markendatenbanken - beim Host STN International und auf dem Internet
* Patentanalysen und -statistiken
Das Fortbildungsseminar steht unter der fachlichen Leitung von Dr. Claus-Dieter Siems, Fachinformationszentrum Karlsruhe.
Die Teilnehmerzahl ist mit Rücksicht auf den Lehrerfolg begrenzt.
