Internetbasierte Aus- und Weiterbildung in der angewandten Statistik ist das Thema eines Workshops, der am 8. und 9. November in der Carl von Ossietzky Universität Oldenburg stattfindet.
Internetbasierte Aus- und Weiterbildung in der angewandten Statistik ist das Thema eines Workshops, der am 8. und 9. November in der Universität Oldenburg stattfindet und zu dem etwa 50 WissenschaftlerInnen aus dem gesamten Bundesgebiet erwartet werden. Gastgeber ist der Fachbereich Mathematik. Der Workshop findet im Rahmen des Projekts "e-stat" statt, das vom Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung gefördert wird und an dem die Universität Oldenburg federführend beteiligt ist.
Im Programm "Neue Medien in der Bildung (Förderbereich Hochschulen)" wird das Projekt e-stat zur Entwicklung und Realisierung einer multimedialen, internetbasierten und interaktiven Lehr- und Lernumgebung in der angewandten Statistik mit einer Laufzeit von drei Jahren und einem finanziellen Gesamtvolumen von 5,6 Mio. DM gefördert. In Oldenburg sind daran Dr. Erhard Cramer, Prof. Dr. Udo Kamps, Prof. Dr. Claus Möbus, Prof. Dr. Dietmar Pfeifer und Prof. Dr. Kristina Reiss beteiligt.
