Frankfurter Schulen erhalten seit über drei Monaten Unterstützung bei Computerproblemen durch fraLine - IT-Schul-Service. "Wir haben nun die erste Phase hinter uns", sagt Professor Heiner Herberg, der für das Projekt verantwortlich ist. "Jetzt können alle 158 Schulen in Frankfurt unsere Unterstützung erhalten. Dies ist auch deshalb möglich, weil die Zahl unserer studentischen Mitarbeiter auf acht erhöht wurde."
Das fraLine Team hat ein eigenes Meldesystem für Probleme im Internet entwickelt; diese Hotline haben - so Herberg - schon über 150 Lehrerinnen und Lehrer genutzt. "Insgesamt verzeichnen wir auf unseren Internetseiten täglich 900 Besuche."
Das an der Fachhochschule Frankfurt am Main (FH FFM) angesiedelte Projekt wird im Auftrag der Stadt Frankfurt am Main durchgeführt.
