Der Gräzist Prof. Dr. Georg Wöhrle wurde von der Versammlung am 25. Februar 2002 zum neuen Vizepräsidenten gewählt. Die offizielle Amtsübergabe von Vizepräsidentin Prof. Dr. Helga Schnabel-Schüle an ihren Nachfolger findet am Montag, 06. Mai 2002, 18 Uhr c.t. im Gästeraum der Mensa der Universität Trier statt.
