Seit ersten Juli 2002 ist der neue Justiziar der Fachhochschule Frankfurt am Main - University of Applied Sciences (FH FFM) im Dienst. Alexander Becker (Jahrgang 1961) hat an der Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität in Frankfurt Jura studiert; seine Schwerpunkte waren Allgemeine Staatsrechtslehre sowie Arbeits- und Sozialrecht.
Nach mehrjähriger Tätigkeit als Rechtsanwalt war er bei verschiedenen Versicherungen tätig und hat an der Berufsakademie Thüringen Lehrveranstaltungen zum Arbeits- und Personalrecht durchgeführt.
Becker folgt auf Angelika Gartner, die seit November 2001 Kanzlerin der Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst in Frankfurt ist.
