Das Max Rubner-Institut veranstaltet vom 7. bis 9. Oktober 2013 am Standort Karlsruhe die Max Rubner Conference zum Thema „Health Aspects of Milk and Dairy Products“.
Im Mittelpunkt der Konferenz stehen die gesundheitlichen Wirkungen der Milch. Zunehmend in der Diskussion sind nicht nur die positiv bewerteten Wirkungen, sondern auch die potenziell kritische Auswirkungen des Milchkonsums.
