Die Universität Politehnica Bukarest (Rumänien) hat auf Vorschlag der Fakultät Biotechnical Systems Engineering beschlossen, dem Hohenheimer Ordinarius für Verfahrenstechnik der Pflanzenproduktion mit Grundlagen der Landtechnik, Prof. Dr. Heinz-Dieter Kutzbach, die Würde eines Ehrendoktors (Dr. h.c.) zu verleihen.
Prof. Kutzbach ist wesentlich an der engen Zusammenarbeit zwischen Hohenheim und Bukarest beteiligt. Die Technische Universität Bukarest würdigt hiermit die international anerkannten Forschungen von Prof. Kutzbach auf dem Gebiet der Getreideerntetechnologie.
