    Am 4. Dezember wird das Insekt des Jahres 2014 durch eine Pressemitteilung verkündet.

    Wer vorab Angaben zur Vorbereitung der Meldung benötigt, kann sich an Dr. Wohlert Wohlers wenden (Tel. 0531 299 33 96 oder wohlert.wohlers@jki.bund.de). Der Pressesprecher des Drei-Länder-Kuratoriums „Insekt des Jahres“
    arbeitet am Julius Kühn-Institut in Braunschweig auf dessen Presse-Webseiten auch das Archiv zum Insekt des Jahres geführt wird und auf der zeitnah Bildmaterial zum jeweiligen Tier bereit gestellt wird http://www.jki.bund.de/de/startseite/presse.html
