"Während der Weihnachtszeit besteht ein großer Bedarf an sozialer und psychologischer Beratung - das zeigt die Erfahrung." Der Psychologe und Psychotherapeut Dr. Harald Krebs von der Uni Würzburg verweist darum auf die Initiative "Chatten gegen Weihnachtsfrust", die zurzeit im Internet bei www.das-beratungsnetz.de läuft. Dr. Krebs selbst nimmt als Experte am Donnerstag, 2. Januar, ab 20.30 Uhr an einem moderierten Chat über "Einsamkeit, Ängste und Hoffnungen" teil. Es geht um die Frage, ab wann Angst ein behandlungsbedürftiges Problem darstellt und was man dagegen tun kann:
