Wie kann die Kundenbindung durch den Einsatz elektronischer Managementsysteme und des Internets optimiert werden? Was sind die neuesten Trends beim Einsatz von Online-Produktkatalogen? Dies sind zwei der Themen des "4. Oldenburger Forums zum elektronischen Geschäftsverkehr", das am Donnerstag, 13. Februar 2003, 9.00 bis 17.00 Uhr, im Informatik-Instituts OFFIS stattfindet.
Für die Rahmenthemen des Forums "Marketing im Internet/Anwendungen und Trends", "Mitarbeiternutzung von E-Mail und Internet" und "Elektronische Bilanzierung und Rechnungsführung" wurden hochkarätige Referenten engagiert. Neben dem Datenschutzbeauftragten von DaimlerChrysler, Prof. Dr. Alfred Büllesbach, und dem Bestsellerautor Dr. habil. Torsten Schwarz ("Permission Marketing - macht Kunden süchtig") wird auch der Bremer Arbeitsrechtler Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Däubler sprechen.
Veranstalter des 4. Oldenburger Forums zum elektronischen Geschäftsverkehr sind Prof. Dr. Jürgen Taeger und Prof. Dr. Uwe Schneidewind (FB 4 Wirtschafts- und Rechtswissenschaften) sowie der Informatiker Prof. Dr. Norbert Gronau und das OFFIS. Als Kooperationspartner fungieren it.net, das Kompetenz- und Beratungszentrum für Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien sowie die Industrie- und Handelskammern Oldenburg und Ostfriesland/Papenburg.
