Die Gesellschafterversammlung der HIS GmbH hat in ihrer Sitzung am 22./23.01.2003 Herrn Diplom-Volkswirt Klaus Lömker (Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung, Bonn) zu ihrem Vorsitzenden für die Amtszeit 01.01.2003 bis 31.12.2005 gewählt.
Der Stellvertreter von Herrn Lömker ist Herr Ltd. Ministerialrat Klaus Hoffmeister, Niedersächsisches Finanzministerium, der bisher Vorsitzender war.
Der Vorsitzwechsel erfolgte planmäßig; bei HIS lösen sich im Regelfall der Bundesvertreter und der Vertreter des Finanzressorts des Sitzlandes im Drei-Jahres-Rhythmus im Vorsitz der Gesellschafterversammlung ab.
