Radio Forfikulo hatte anlässlich der CeBIT in Hannover seine Premiere und fand sehr große Beachtung. Die a.k.m. (Agentur für Kommunikation & Marketing) und die Universität Kaiserslautern haben mit "Radio Forfikulo" ein Konzept für ein bundesweites Uni-Radio entwickelt. Bestehenden Uni-Radios wird ein Mantelprogramm angeboten, in das sich die einzelnen Sender einblenden können. Das Mantelprogramm umfasst neben News und Tipps, vor allem Berichte über Forschung und Lehre.
