Die australische University of the Sunshine Coast im Bundesstaat Queensland hat ein Forschungszentrum für Multikulturelle Studien eröffnet.
Die Einrichtung ist die erste ihrer Art in Queensland und betreibt Forschungsarbeit zur Multikulturellen Gesellschaft. Zu den Schwerpunkten gehören ethnische Minderheiten in Australien, Frauenforschung, Familienförderung und Jugendhilfe.
