Das Philosophische Seminar der Universität Bonn veranstaltet aus Anlass des 100. Geburtstags des Philosophen und Soziologen Theodor W. Adorno eine Tagung am 22. und 23. Mai 2003.
Das Symposium trägt den Titel "Gedächtnis des akkumulierten Leidens ? Spaßkultur als Leit/d-Kultur oder: Wie aktuell ist Adornos Kulturkritik?" Organisatoren sind Professor Dr. Günter Seubold und Patrick Baum. Namhafte Referenten haben ihre Teilnahme bereits zugesagt. So wird Professor Dr. Peter Bürger (Bremen) über die "Die Freudlosigkeit der Spaßgesellschaft" referieren; Professor Dr. Martin Seel (Giessen) setzt sich mit "Adornos Apologie des Kinos" auseinander.
