Bundespräsident Johannes Rau zu Gast bei der 54. Jahresversammlung in Hamburg
Die diesjährige 54. Jahresversammlung der Max-Planck-Gesellschaft in Hamburg steht ganz im Zeichen von Konsolidierung und Erneuerung. Vom 4. bis 6. Juni 2003 werden die Mitglieder der Max-Planck-Gesellschaft und ihre Gremien in finanziell angespannten Zeiten wichtige Entscheidungen für die Zukunft der Wissenschaftsorganisation treffen. Zur Jahresversammlung werden rund tausend Teilnehmer erwartet. Höhepunkt der Tagung ist die Festversammlung am Freitag, den 6. Juni, um 10.00 Uhr im Festsaal des CCH Congress Centrums Hamburg, bei der auch Bundespräsident Johannes Rau sprechen wird.
