Zwei Max-Planck-Institute zusammengeführt / Erweiterungsbau geplant
Das Max-Planck-Institut für neuropsychologische Forschung (Leipzig) und das Max-Planck-Institut für psychologische Forschung (München) werden - vorbehaltlich der Zustimmung der Finanzierungsträger ab 1. Januar 2004 zum Max-Planck-Institut für Kognitions- und Neurowissenschaften zusammengeführt. Das hat der Senat, das höchste Entscheidungsgremium der Forschungsorganisation, in erster Lesung am 5. Juni bei seiner Sitzung anlässlich der Jahresversammlung der Max-Planck-Gesellschaft in Hamburg beschlossen.
