Internationale Beispiele und Erfahrungen bei Datenintegration und -nachnutzung vermittelt ein von der GMDS und der TMF gemeinsam organisierter Workshop in Berlin am 12. und 13. Juli 2016. Von der Auswahl von Technologien und Standards über die Entwicklung von Governance-Strukturen und die Adressierung von Datenschutzfragen bis zur Einbindung industrieller Partner können die Teilnehmer Lehren für ihre künftige Arbeit ziehen.
Die Bedeutung von Datenintegration und Datenaustausch zwischen medizinischer Forschung und Versorgung nimmt immer weiter zu und wird insbesondere auch in der Medizininformatik-Initiative des BMBF, die in Kürze startet, eine zentrale Rolle spielen.
