In the coming weeks, the attention of the Hanseatic City of Hamburg will be focused on Latin America and the Caribbean. This year’s motto for the Latin America and Caribbean Fall Festival is “Migrants and Travellers.”
The EU-LAC Foundation, the CAF Development Bank of Latin America, and the GIGA German Institute of Global and Area Studies cordially invite you to attend the Joint Opening Ceremony for the Festival and the “Forging Bonds with Emigrants: Challenges for Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean” Conference. Attendees at the events in Hamburg are expected to include leading political decision makers, diplomats, academics, and representatives of international organisations.
