Im Rahmen der Internationalen Plakat Triennale in Trnava, Slowakei, wurde Prof. Lex Drewinski für sein künstlerisches Schaffen mit dem Internationalen Master's Eye Award ausgezeichnet. Der Preis wird von der ICOGRADA (International Council of Grafic Design Associations) für besondere Leistungen im Grafik-Design verliehen. Frühere Preisträger sind Designberühmtheiten wie Alein Le Quernec (Frankreich), Seymor Chwast (USA), Paul Brühwiler (Schweiz) und Fang Chen (China). Eine Auswahl von Drewinskis Arbeiten wurden in einer begleitenden Ausstellung gezeigt.
Lex Drewinski ist Professor für Grafik-Design, Konzeption und Entwurf am Fachbereich Design der FH Potsdam.
