Gesunde Automobilbauer - gut geführt
Gemeinsame Tagung der TU Chemnitz und Volkswagen Sachsen
Am 27. November 2003 veranstaltet das Institut für Psychologie der TU Chemnitz gemeinsam mit der Volkswagen Sachsen GmbH eine Tagung zum Thema "Human Resource Management im sächsischen Automobilbau". Im Renaissance Chemnitz Hotel präsentieren Forscher der TU Chemnitz sowie Vertreter der Automobil- und Automobilzulieferindustrie innovative Ansätze aus den Bereichen Arbeitsorganisation, Wissensmanagement, Gesundheit und Führung. Dazu zählen das Controllingsystem Gesundheitsstand und das Teamkonzept der Volkswagen Sachsen GmbH ebenso wie Gestaltungsvorschläge für soziotechnische Systeme im Automobilbau und ein Messinstrument zur Verbesserung von Produktionsprozessen. In Workshops diskutieren die 80 Teilnehmer darüber hinaus über praktische Fragen des Wissensmanagement und die Supervision von Führungskräften.
