Im Wintersemester 2003/2004 haben Studierende des Studiengangs Werbung und Marktkommunikation der Stuttgarter HdM die sechste Ausgabe des Studiengangsmagazins "point" veröffentlicht. Unter der Federführung von Studiengangsleiter Professor Dr. Franco Rota wurde "point" von 13 Studierenden verschiedener Fachsemester konzipiert und produziert.
Schwerpunkt der aktuellen Ausgabe ist der Begriff Liebe, der derzeit in aller (Werber-)Munde ist. Das "point"-Team hat sich näher mit diesem Thema beschäftigt und sich gefragt, warum die Liebe momentan das Lieblingskind der werbenden Zunft zu sein scheint. Weiteres Thema ist die Werbung mit und um den Aufschwung.
Neu in "point" ist die Rubrik "Science": Hier werden wissenschaftliche Artikel zu aktuellen Themen veröffentlicht. In diesem Heft sind dies Kultursponsoring und BtB-Marktkommunikation.
Neben der gedruckten Ausgabe, die an Entscheider im Marketing-, Medien- und Kommunikationsbereich versandt wird, stehen alle Printartikel auch online unter http://point.hdm-stuttgart.de zur Verfügung. Dort gibt es darüber hinaus ein Archiv früherer "point"-Ausgaben zum Downloaden.
