Die "1st Dortmund Spring School for Academic Developers" (DOSS) findet vom 1.-5. März im Campus-Treff statt der Universität Dortmund statt.
In erster Linie ist DOSS eine Gelegenheit zur beruflichen Weiterbil-dung von HochschuldidaktikerInnen und WissenschaftlerInnen, die in diesem Feld arbeiten wollen. Die Tagung fördert aber auch die Professionalisierung der Hochschuldidaktik vielfältig und systematisch und stellt sie in eine umfassendere Perspektive von Personal-entwicklung. DOSS bietet als Paket in lokaler und zeitlicher Verdichtung Austausch zwischen Netzwerken, interessierten Gruppen und Initiativen und viel Raum für offene Diskussionen aktuelle Fachvorträge von ExpertInnen zu Fragen der Personalentwicklung. Darüber hinaus wird in gemeinsamer Reflexion von Workshop-Konzepten die Weiterentwicklung von Perspektiven hochschuldidaktischer Professionalisierung erörtert.
