40 Jahre wissenschaftliche Zusammenarbeit zwischen Weizmann Institute of Science und Max-Planck-Gesellschaft / Festveranstaltung in Berlin
Was als vorsichtige "Fühlungnahme" begann, hat sich zu einem "feinmaschigen Netzwerk" entwickelt: Mit einer Festveranstaltung am Mittwoch, 3. März 2004, 15.00 Uhr, im Harnack-Haus in Berlin-Dahlem feiern israelische und deutsche Wissenschaftler das 40jährige Bestehen ihrer Zusammenarbeit. Im Jahr 1964 haben das Weizmann Institute of Science, Rehovot/Israel, und die Max-Planck-Gesellschaft mit ihrem Tochterunternehmen Minerva-Stiftung den ersten Vertrag über die Förderung gemeinsamer Forschungsprogramme unterzeichnet.
