An alle Ernährungsbewussten: Am 1. Februar findet an der WBH ein Stammtisch des Fachbereichs Energie-, Umwelt- und Verfahrenstechnik zum Thema „Nachhaltige Ernährung“ statt.
Dr. oec. troph. Markus Keller vom Forschungsinstitut für pflanzenbasierte Ernährung (IFPE) ist Experte auf dem Gebiet und führt mit einem interessanten Vortrag in das Thema ein. Im Anschluss darf fleißig diskutiert werden. Interessierte sind herzlich eingeladen, sich zum Stammtisch anzumelden und dabei zu sein.
