Now is the time to show solidarity with Ukrainian researchers and students
Technische Universität Berlin has set up a "Berlin-Ukraine" aid fund to provide direct financial support for Ukrainian researchers and students. We ask you to donate to this fund.
Donations will be transferred directly to an account set up by the University from which payments will be made to provide bridge money and scholarships for Ukrainian researchers and students. It is also planned to use donations to reimburse fees for German courses. A basic level of funding will be provided by the University.
Appeal from Professor Dr. Christian Thomsen, president of TU Berlin: "Now is the time for solidarity. With our aid fund, we want to create the possibility to provide direct assistance for researchers and students. We cannot abandon our fellow researchers and students at universities and institutions in Ukraine. They need our help in the form of bridge money and other payments to provide support. My appeal is not just to members of the University but to all members of the public who would like to help Ukrainian researchers and students. Contribute to our donation campaign and help those in need!"
