    In a fast-changing and fast-paced global workplace, it is essential to ensure employee wellbeing.

    The webinar: "Employee wellbeing in Human Resource Management" at Berlin International deals with the topic of workplace wellbeing which is an increasingly important issue for all organizations worldwide and has become the core responsibility of modern HR professionals.

    Employee well-being encompasses mental, physical and social health, and research shows that good employment and working conditions have a strong impact on employee well-being. During the webinar, we will look into current HRM trends related to well-being in the workplace.

    In the workplace, well-being is important not only for individual employees to maintain their own health, but also for managers and companies themselves. This is because there is a correlation between employee well-being and company results
